Andrew his so is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life! I called the office to find out what was going on with my taxes and Andrew, after I staed that u thought it was to long told me that if I didn't like the service that I could look elsewhere in the future. So I did, right then. When I picked up.my taxes a half hour later Andrew proceeded to tell me they emailed me that I needed additional information for my return.
I looked down and saw a name I didn't recognize and when I looked further I realized that they contract their work out to other Accounting firms! Then I said WHY WOULD I BE LOOKING FOR AN EMAIL FROM AMERICAN ACCOUNTING WHEN I HIRED GERALD REISS TO DO MY TAXES? Andrew's answer was there's going to be a change of $100.00! Why in the world would I pay Gerald Reiss any money? He have my personal information to a stranger and didn't even touch my return. Andrew is rude and unprofessional you can go anywhere to have your taxes done, especially since Gerald Reiss is not doing them. Oh. and then they said he looks them over first. WHO BELIEVES THAT? NOT ME
