Thomas J. McCarthy began his accounting career working in the corporate auditing field in the early 1980s. He opened his first accounting practice in Greensboro, MD in 1984, and then opened his second location on Kent Island in 1985. Having made Kent Island his home in 1985, he has been a practicing CPA and along with his wife, have been members of the local community ever since.

Gregory W. Litvinuck has been a life-long resident of Kent Island. Since then, he has progressed from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant, became a CPA in 1995, and a partner in 1998. He is a member of the Maryland Association of CPA's (MACPA) and the Maryland Society of Accounting & Tax Professionals.
