Within one day after Scot Pannepacker was referred to me, he contacted me, got basic information on my needs and gave me the name of the tax accountant he was assigning to me. Within another day, that tax professional contacted me to set up a mutually acceptable time to meet at my residence. We met, and I provided information about my financial and tax situation. Of course, we have not gone through a tax cycle for me to comment on, but I was very impressed with the immediate responsiveness of the firm in contacting me and in getting the ball rolling. I look forward to working with this firm on my taxes and, based on initial impressions, I have significant confidence in their ability to handle my taxes well.
