Allen is the principal shareholder in Irving Allen Kleiner, CPA, PA. An Atlantic County native, he has been an accountant since 1976. Allen is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. Allen is also a certified QuickBooks Professional. A graduate of Atlantic City High School, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1972. Upon graduating, Allen worked in the insurance industry and with his father in the wholesale and retail grocery business.
