As a full time professor at VCU, Wayne has a keen knowledge of complex taxation issues that he shares with his clients as well as his peers within the Firm. His law degrees enhance his ability to research and interpret court cases, rulings, and tax laws. Wayne joined the Firm in 1976 and works with several non-profit organizations, physicians, and family business entities. He serves several community organizations as a director or an officer.

Joan was born and raised in suburban Chicago and began her career with the Firm in 1971 while her husband was stationed at Fort Lee. Her client list includes many physicians and other professionals, realtors, lumber-related entities, manufacturing companies, and family owned businesses in general.

Brian was born and raised in Dinwiddie County. After graduating from college in 1998 and working in Maryland for a short time, he returned home in 2000 and began his career with the Firm. With a keen interest in downtown Petersburg, he quickly developed the expertise needed to guide clients through the process of applying for historic tax credits and the complex partnership issues that are sometimes related. He is active in his church and several community organizations.

Donald joined the Firm in 1989. His proficiency in technology-related issues has enabled him to assist clients with computer system design and installation. He provides tax and accounting services to construction companies, technology-related businesses, professionals, and many family owned businesses.
