First off when I pulled up the lady outside was talking dirty on the phone smoking a cigarette. I entered the lobby she didn't great me or say anything she carried on with her conversation I waited in the lobby for over 35 minutes for her to come back inside just for her to give me a dirty look and I walked out. Doreen was very unprofessional rude and just a nasty person. Please do not come here to have your taxes done I was highly recommended

This place is horrible the customer service is poor every time I get to run around I was highly recommended to this place trust me please do not go here they do not know how to do taxes they make you sit in the lobby for a long time and lose your paperwork I have called the IRS in reference to the poor service and the inconsistency with documenting the wrong information I was told they are being investigated we will see!

Had a member of my church who recently moved to the area from Arizona and needed some tax help. Referred him to Doreen and when I spoke with him the next Sunday he had nothing but great things to say! He was impressed with how she was able to help him so quickly when the same thing would take him all day!
