His military and firefighting background in Guyana shaped his disciplined approach to accounting.

Narina Ramcharitar, Hilton's daughter, leads the firm since 2003. A Nova Southeastern University graduate with a Master of Accounting, she is an Enrolled Agent and accredited tax preparer.
