This company reviewed my HOA accounts and what a great job they did! They took all of our invoices and added them up and took all of our receipts and added them up, and wrote us a report. And it only took them 9 months! And it only cost us $2400.00! And without all of that accounting mumbo jumbo like accruals versus cash or compilations versus audits that no one needs anyway! If you need a firm to charge your HOA thousands of dollars to add and subtract invoices and receipts then this is the firm for you!
Or you could just give your records to a high school kid and have them balance what's been invoiced versus what's been received for maybe $100.00 and save yourself months of them having your records and thousands of dollars. These people know NOTHING about GAAP or accounting or bookkeeping.
