Dan Ladd, CPA, MST, our tax manager joined the firm in January of 2021. His masters in taxation is focused more on taxation and less on other business aspects. It allowed him to focus his attention more on in-depth tax areas such as research, choice of entities, complex transactions, trusts and estates and such.

Michael Lavelle is a California Certified Public Accountant and an IRS Enrolled Agent; the highest credential the IRS awards. Michael graduated Summa Cum Laude from L.A. Valley College with a degree in economics and earned his accounting degree from California State University Northridge (CSUN). Michael recently moved to the desert from Los Angeles.
