Been a customer for 15+ years, but have struggled in past 3. Tax preparation was and continues to be knowledgable but dissatisfied in timelines and billing, specifically it's lack of transparency, Get your billing charges or billable hours up front!

Steer clear. Despite having 4 great years with Myslajek, last year was an exception and they've lost our 3 accounts. We sent our taxes in Feb, we got them May 17th, two hours before the deadline to post mark. Even with a dozen inquiries on the status. Getting them just hours before the deadline didn't leave us any time to review and ask questions.
