Unprofessional and rude reply received for my enquiry for reviewing my tax plan. I tried to assume that it was my mistake and not intentional. I sent few more texts to explain why I need his help and expertise. But he ignored my request too. There was no need to be rude and unhelpful when all I asked is for a meeting to discuss my future tax plan. Martin, having such arrogance will not be a trait your clients will appreciate. Having empathy is more important than minting money.

I used Martin to help complete a very complex tax return this year. He was fantastic to work with and I am confident that this years return is spot on. After the initial conversation with Martin we filled out a questionnaire and then uploaded the relevant documentation he would need. After the upload, even though it was close to the filing date Martin returned our completed form quickly. We worked through a few areas and I was glad to get our tax posted ahead of schedule. As long as he has capacity I will be filing with Martin again next year.

Emailed Martin to see if he could help us out with tax work and I received very offputting, matter-of-fact, and unhelpful responses saying he is not interested and has too much regular tax work. Ok, yeah I get it, you're busy, no problem, we'll go somewhere else. If you own a business, how you deal with inbound prospects should be something you care about even if you're busy but that doesn't matter.

I had a great experience with Martin. I pulled him off of Yelp and he was solid, quick, and knowledgeable. We never met in person because of the coronavirus, but I felt well taken care of. Good to have a CPA I can trust again. Not cheap, but very fair. I'll be back.

Martin Lowe CPA Martin is a high-end CPA, so more expensive than the average tax guy. If you have a more complex tax return, I highly recommend Martin. You will find him to be very personable and attentive to your situation. If you need a true professional CPA that really knows the business! Martin is the one to call to help you out!
