Avoid at all cost, toby is always away from office, he never answers the phone only his assistant, and they always promise a call back, that never happens. Has been almost 3 months and have not heard or received my taxes, Ive gone to his office mutiple times and hes never there, ive been calling almost every day, and goes to voice mail. my last option is to report him and his license to the irs or the bbc. Again avoid McDaniel taxes at all cost, unless you want him to take your money, and for him to never send your taxes out and ignore all your calls.

Its been years since I have dealt with this company but I'm still suffering from their criminal business ethics. I went to Toby for years and back in 2013 I was audited by the IRS for every year I went to him. It is now 2017 and Im still paying back the fees that I owe. I haven't seen a tax refund since my audit. Toby needs to be sent to prison for tax fraud. In 2019 I finally got this all paid off. And this jerk is still in business. Blows my mind.
