In 1942, when University of Arizona graduate Aaron Paul founded the accounting firm that would become R&A CPAs, Arizona had been a state for just 30 years and Tucson's population was about 35,000. Eight decades later, R&A CPAs is one of the largest accounting firms in the Southwest and one of the longest-standing businesses in Tucson.
