The staff that answered the phone was absolutely rude. I called for a consult with a name I was referred to but when he was out of the office on vacation (understandably), I asked if anyone else was available because I needed someone a little sooner to get assistance. I was met with an "oh well." and a hang up. There are better ways to handle that situation. For someone who came so highly recommended, I would certainly not think twice about using services after the unprofessional phone call I just experienced.
