Letter 6475 also includes the amount of any federal "plus-up" EIPs received in 2021. IRS Letter 6419 sent to federal taxpayers who received advance Child Tax Credit (CTC) payments in 2021. Letter 6419 provides the total amount of advance CTC payments received in 2021 and explains how the payment amounts and repayment conditions.
