Donna has been happily married for 54 years. Donna K. Fulfer is the owner, founder, and president of Fulfer and Associates, Inc. She began her career working in a tax office in 1972 as a clerical staff member. Over the years, Donna garnered the respect of the clients and of her superiors. She decided to pursue a full-time career in accounting and earned her Certified Public Accountant designation in 1984.
