As no stars were not a option had to give one star. Pressured under threat of being sued for work not done paid ransom. Same as Tom M did work not communicated in advance, do not use.

FANTASTIC! I would give 10 stars if possible. After completing Federal, PA, DE returns I was stumped by the Kennett EIT return with both local EIT AND Wilmington City taxes with held. Keystone instructions and phone were of zero help. I explained my question and said since I didn't need taxes completed I would be willing to pay an advise fee. BUT not necessary. I was provided a very detailed explanation of how to file the credits as neighborly advise. THANK you so much for your kindness to this taxpayer. It was really appreciated and when I need CPA services you will be my first stop.
