For new clients, we assist in the preparation of Federal Form SS4 - Application for Employer Identification Number and State Form R1 - Virginia Department of Taxation Business Registration Application.

Individual Tax Services

Report

We prepare individual income tax returns not only for the federal government and the Commonwealth of Virginia, but we also prepare individual tax returns for all states requiring an individual tax return. When appropriate, we assist clients in figuring estimated taxes.

Non-Profit Services

Report

We prepare Form 990 - Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax. Organizations with gross receipts less than $100,000 and total assets less than $250,000 at the end of the year may file Form 990-EZ.
