I worked with Tim and his team over the course of two years. It became increasingly clear that his team was unable to handle the complexity given their forgetfulness and lack of communication. I'd often have to ask a question two or three times to get a complete answer. I have an accounting/finance background and know what I am asking. In the second year, I asked them if they could handle the bookkeeping for my business and they accepted the responsibility.
They claimed knowledge of the nuances of my business but it soon became apparent that they did not know anything about it. Then one fine day, they charged me $2100 for the bookkeeping (w/o a detailed invoice) and when I objected, they hurriedly gave me a $1400 discount. As soon as the check cleared, they sent me an email that they do not want to work with me anymore. No courtesy call, no explanation. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I found an accounting practice that actually knows accounting and more importantly, exudes humility and professionalism.

I can not recommend Tim and the team strongly enough! They are clear, calm, patient, and very professional. What else can I say? Reasonable prices and always answer when I call for copies of forms. I am so grateful they are looking after my taxes.

It's obvious how people feel when tax season comes around. I know! I am high strung like a damn poodle, come April 15 and Oct 15. However, since I found Mayclin CPA I can tell you, i feel at ease knowing I am on the right track and my taxes will be done without flaw by Tim and his team. Yes, I procrastinate until the last minute but they keep me on my toes so I get in by the deadline. They have an answer for everything, are very approachable and always available to speak with when you call! I cannot express my happiness and gratitude enough with this team and am grateful every(tax)day I found them!

I had an excellent experience with Tim who had to go through 10 years of bank statements and provide accounting for it. Tim is very easy to work with and is very responsive. He and his office provides excellent customer service. I highly recommended him.

My wife and I (both dual nationals - natives of England and Spain) have moderately complex finances due to the involvement of the British government. We live here in the States but are required to file in the UK as well.
