Eddie oversees our CPA firm and manages our Tax Department. Eddie is well versed in all tax related matters whether they pertain to individuals or the businesses in which they own. Throughout his career, Eddie has assisted clients in a number of business and tax issues, including IRS audits, merger & acquisitions, reorganizations, liquidations, and business valuations, among others.
