I worked with an accountant from this firm. There was no email communication and no response for our phone call. Later he asked us to provide some information which should be answered by professional accountant. I asked one question through email, he answered " you want to do the tax your self? " We had to withdraw our engagement and wasted 3 weeks due to his unprofessionalism.
