Michael was born and raised in the Minneapolis area, attending Richfield High School. He graduated from Iowa State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Michael joined Olson, Clough & LeBlanc, Ltd. in 2005. Since then, he has been involved in the firms banking practice, performing agreed upon procedures examinations, bank secrecy act and internal control testing.

Jeff began his career in accounting in 1982, partnering with his father Robert Anderson, LPA, in providing compliance services and financial advice to community banks. In 1985 the family business was sold to Olson, Clough & LeBlanc, Ltd., where the level of service he provides clients has expanded to include assisting closely-held businesses, individuals, estates and trusts in the areas of tax compliance, consulting, planning and audit.
