3 hours ago As a ***** ******* I deliver **** to this business and have done so since July 2019. I also pick up their outgoing ****. Over the past 2 weeks, with the need to wash my hands, I've been using their sink in their men's restroom. This bathroom is also available to their employees and clients.but the ******* can no longer use it to wash his or her hands. On my way to wash up after delivering their **** and collecting their outgoing, I reached for the bathroom door and was stopped by one of the bosses.

He looked me dead in the eyes and said, why do you have to use our bathroom? He added, we don't know where your hands have been. And he did not allow me the opportunity to wash up. His name is Norman Shea. ***This post has been redacted because this business has complained to my employer. The business has tried to surpess by review by hiring Net Reputation. By removing job title in the above paragraph, I have complied with my employer's social media guidelines. I am not a spokesman for my employer- my views are mine alone.****

I have used this company since 1988 and have been very pleased every year I have worked with them. Ray Suplee has always been available to me at anytime and has always had an answer for any problem I or my company may have ever had. I would not think of changing the relationship I have with Suplee and Shea.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. After MONTHS of waiting for them to help me out with my taxes and not hearing from them I had to file them myself but it was rejected and what is worse had to call their office to find out what was going on. When I did call no one apparently had been assigned to my case (this was in May after I send them everything in January). After countless emails and calls unanswered by them I was charged a penalty fee in one of the states I had to submit my taxes because they did not file for an extension.

So not only did I incurr the charges of filing my taxes but also a penalty fee. Now, months later I received a second invoice quoting me for $400 for "services provided" when all they did was change my social security number. What is even worse though is that I was never given any type of estimate, contract, or ever agree on any amounts to retain their firm on anything for my taxes. They are unprofessional and will take advantage of you in a heartbeat.
