Cynthia and her staff (especially Hope) are so great. Every time I call, they are polite, patient, and helpful. We use their firm for our business account at work, and I use them for my personal taxes. I like that Cynthia takes the time to explain things to me that I don't understand (which is a lot because I'm FAR from a tax intellect) and is very accommodating with her schedule. And Hope (my main contact for our business account) is always so easy to talk to on the phone.

I would of thought that a phone call saying that you will be charging an additional $50 to do the paper work would of been nice. I also would think that a returned courtesy call, telling us our taxes were not going to be a check but rather a $2,500. payment to the IRS instead would of been nice. There is and was no confusion. Look at the reviews and judge for yourself!
