Randy joined Jim Baker to form what has become Baker & Colson, P.C. He has extensive accounting experience in many areas including manufacturing, retail, banking, logging, waste disposal and legal services, and specializes in construction-related accounting. He was born and raised in Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Mark Horstmann

When Mark joined Baker & Colson, P.C., he brought with him an extensive portfolio of experience in public accounting. After working in the hotel and maritime accounting industries at the beginning of his career, Mark joined Pohs & Company, P.C., which later became Brandt & Horstmann, P.C. Due to these experiences as an owner for 16 years, Mark jokes that he has "seen it all and then some."
