Although bookkeeping and payroll is our primary business, we integrate with your CPAs, EAs, Human Resources department and executive management team to ensure a hassle-free tax season. Our services go far beyond typical bookkeeping to include budgets, cash flow forecasting & financial statement analysis.

To be sure the vast majority of bookkeeping professionals are honest practitioners. However, there have been cases of fraud and theft within our profession like any other. Over the years we have come to find that there are common areas of opportunity for most of these abuses of trust. After identifying these areas of opportunity we set out to ensure that we never allow any Keeping The Books employee in those areas. We have a set monthly fee, we don't sign checks and do not handle your bank deposits.

Our packages start as low as $149 per month for a small and basic business. Whether you are currently paying a bookkeeper or doing the books yourself we are confident that our services will be the most efficient bookkeeping experience you have ever had. No member of our team has less than 15 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper.

Answer a few questions and within 24 hours we will contact you with your customized quote or a list of follow up questions. Please note that we use the most current Quickbooks Desktop software to handle all aspects of the bookkeeping, but your financials can be submitted in PDF or Excel format if you do not have QuickBooks on your computer.
