A literal joke and if I can give zero stars I would. I called "Art" to ask for tax advice and literally couldn't give any solid advise that I couldn't find myself on how to pay for my taxes. After the 30 second call he said I should glad to pay my taxes and hung up.

After getting the runaround from other CPAs about a simple tax issue, I called Arthur. He instructed me to pull out my tax return and we went through a few lines and my problem was quickly resolved. Best part? He did it for free! He said, "I am not going to charge you for something you can easily do on your own." This is much appreciated and great business acumen!
