Worst experience of my life trying to give them business. No follow up on promises made and not even decency of return call. DO NOT USE if you are looking for any kind of service! If this is way they handle their company, you dont want them involved with yours!

They provide excellent service. The web based system is very convenient and features all reports needed. Contrary to our previous provider I can talk to someone who really know and can, not like the just calling a 800 number of a big provider.

They use an antiquated payroll system and charge for every small item. Use ADP, Intuit, Paychex or any of the other payroll providers. Our quarterly returns were screwed up by them and their response was that they will fix it IF the state calls them out on it. Unprofessional and lack of quality control.
