We started as a small one-person firm in 1964 by a woman named Ann Vine, who was one of the first female public accountants in Washington State. When she was joined by Ron Dahlen in the early 1970s, Vine Dahlen was born. We have operated in south Snohomish County for 50 plus years. We have stayed true to the principles Ann and Ron established and continue to be a leader in our community.

In the not-for-profit arena we specialize in voluntary health and welfare organizations, foundations, associations, health care organizations, community action councils, housing authorities, and OMB Circular A-133. Lisa joined our firm in 1986 and became a member in 1997. She is a 1985 graduate of the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting Concentration. Lisa has significant audit and assurance experience with construction contractors, not-for-profit organizations, distributors, manufacturers, professional services, retail and wholesale trade companies.
Scott Minnig

Scott joined our firm in 1999, and became a member in 2003. Scott is a 1994 graduate of the University of Washington, with a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting Concentration, and a Master of Professional Accounting (Taxation Concentration), in 2001. Scott is a tax consultant and provider of compliance services tailored to meet the diverse needs of business and individuals, with significant state and local tax experience.
Stacy Minnig

Currently a co-managing member of Vine Dahlen, Stacy joined Vine Dahlen in 1997, and became a member in 2012. She is a graduate of Southern Oregon University with a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting Concentration, and a minor in German. After graduation, she completed an accounting internship with a German corporation, Bad Nauheim, Germany.
