They purchased my old CPA's firm last year. I gave them my taxes a month ago in March, in the Palm Springs office. I Waited until Tuesday 4/12/22 to call, they said my taxes were done and in review, they should be ready for pick up Friday 4/15/22. I called Friday, they put me through HELL, transferred me from person to person, Cathy, Yari, Deseri, Aaron, left multiple messages NO ONE returned my call!
Then FINALLY SATURDAY 4/16/22, a nice lady by the name of Marilyn, who knew NOTHING about taxes, told me my taxes papers were shipped off to Palm Desert office to be worked on, even though I live and work in Palm Springs, Then they say you can pick them up Sunday, then they said OOOPS! We are not going to open Sundayl, when they just told me they were! Even the Firms Director Chavachi Thompson never returned my call!
I am sure I will get audited, but I have no choice, tomorrow, Monday 4/18/22 is tax day. I have NEVER been late filing or, had a company FILE AN EXTENSION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

Technically antiquated, slow response, and lousy client communication. We experienced lost documents, 2-week response times and an inability to listen to our questions and accommodate our requests. We had a horrible experience with Kathy Cintas, one of their staff accountants. We have documentation of these allegations.
