Whoa! What an absolutely terrible, unorganized company. There were many many MANY issues, including: merging my financial statements with one of my business partner's other companies, filing our return under the incorrect EIN, and putting the incorrect addresses and professions on the return. These mistakes were just pure negligence. Two months later I got a $400 penalty from the IRS because they filed my return late. I would highly recommend avoiding this company for your tax needs.

Always a disorganized mess, they wait until the last minute to do everything and never communicate internally. Not the biggest fan of the people who work there or own the place, as they're not particularly professional.

Between the constant push backs of my appointments, lack of concrete responses to my questions, and today the receptionist whispering 'watch me bullshit my way through this.' to someone there in the office under her breath before I said 'hello' when she was returning my call to let me know my appointment had been cancelled 20 minutes before the appointment time. I'm pretty disappointed with the service here. I trust they are knowledgeable, but their service and respect is lacking.

What a miserable experience dealing with this place! I am surprised there wasn't a yelp review for them, because after the experience I had with them I looked online and found I wasn't alone in receiving poor service. Extremely rude and hateful--has no idea about customer service or how to treat people. Definitely will not be going here or using their "services" again!
