I drive for 2 hours to do all family and business tax returns here. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. I recommended them to my colleagues and friends. Make your appointment in advance though, they get booked fast during tax season.

Rochelle is rude. I called and made an appointment, when i got there i didn't realize that Mr. Cruz doesn't go to the office, he works via internet, maybe something they should have told me prior, but no big deal. I went up to the desk and before i could reschedule Rochelle jumped down my throat and asked me what the problem was. I explained to her that i thought Mr Cruz would be here to do our taxes. she kept on talking then i said i just came up here to reschedule.
She looked embarrassed and rightfully so. I made another appointment, then the office called the day before and cancelled, then they wouldn't answer the phone when i called back. Tax girl answered said she would get back with me. Rochelle called back. then hung up on me. Hey, no problem, Mr. Cruz i brought you a lot of business in over the years. I stopped going because i got married and my husband had a business and his own tax guy.
Business is gone so i thought we would go back to Cruz. I gave you a lot of business and i will be sure to to find someone new and take those clients with me. Rochelle you are very rude and you shouldn't be dealing with the public
