This company does not speak the truth to their employees or their clients. They're constantly instructing there accountants to never admit to any wrong doing instead of owning up for mistakes they have made such as not printing checks on time or losing information.

I am the Senior Accounts & Office Manager for a multi million dollar company and I oversee and supervise our entire billing department. We use Gurian PLLC for all of our accounting needs, which includes payroll and taxes. Since we are a national firm we have employees in other states and the staff at Gurian have always been very helpful and proactive in helping us be in compliance with the various State's accounting requirements. I swapped over to Gurian to handle all my business needs after a friend recommended their services. I had been struggling to get my books right and was worried it would be a problem for Gurian, but after my initial meet and greet with founder Peter and manager Justin, I knew I was making the right decision. Justin managed to clean up, organize and undo any problems within our first couple months with Gurian.

They are professional and timely, and always willing to review P&Ls, balance sheets and the like with me. Gurian has taken a load off my shoulders when it comes to managing my bookkeeping and payroll needs.

I had a much longer review. However I removed it because the firm's attorney sent a letter demanding the review to be removed or else the company "will seek ALL AVAILABLE legal remedies, including filing a lawsuit to seek monetary damages.". To avoid wasting time on litigation I have complied. I've been advised to replace it with only my opinion: In my opinion, based on over 6 years working with Gurian CPA Firm, this is not a good business. For others that get a demand letter, remember you have First Amendment rights to express your opinion. Texas has a strong Anti-SLAPP statute: https://slappedintexas.com/primer/
