Villanueva & Company, P.C. was formed in 1993 by Edward A. Villanueva, a former tax partner of Ernst & Young. Ed had the vision of serving budding entrepreneurs and young businesses, which was his specialty at EY for 25 years. He brought his skill and devotion to his own firm so he could maintain a client-oriented focus, and build a staff who would follow those principles.
