Weismann & Company, P.C. was formed with the objective to provide quality, timely and personal professional services at a reasonable fee. Our commitment is to maintain the highest level of professional standards in a timely manner. We take a businessman's approach to dealing with our clients. There were two shareholders, Scott Weismann and Michele Garson. Additional staff are Ryan Wu, Sandra Ferguson, and Lucy Weismann. All will work in the new office Tuesday through Thursday and staff will work remote Monday and Friday.

After over 30 years of auditing and 11 peer reviews we have decided to take off the green eye shade, put down the pencil and discontinue auditing. We will truly miss interacting with all the wonderful people we have met and worked with over the years. Tax services involve planning, documentation, preparation and defending.

Ryan Wu, CPA

CPA in public accounting concentrating in corporate and individual taxation and planning, general accounting and financial statements. Personal attributes include quality-driven, client-focused, outgoing, highly knowledgeable in research and data analysis. Primary responsibilities included research and preparation of federal individual tax returns.
