Howard has been doing my taxes for as many years as I can remember and he is the best person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He has been able to get me a significant return every year. I would recommend him with the highest regards to anyone and everyone without reservations.

I have used other CPA firms in the past and by far this firm has and continues to exceed my expectations! I highly recommend this firm.

They have made tax season painless for my wife and I. For six years my wife and I had gone through friends And done taxes and two other firms tax season had always been a nightmare. we were referred to Geoff and went in with low expectations as we were used to and got absolutely blown out of the water. My wife and I had never dreamed of taxes being so painless.

I have referred over 14 people to them and every single one of them has thanked me profusely for the time effort and money that Geoff has save them. I am flabbergasted that anybody has given a negative review. However I know they lost a very vital member of their team and I'm sure this tax season has been very hard without her. Maybe this is the cause for a few people having some hiccups along the way.

But I have been through an extra Strenuous transition this year and if I didn't know that Geoff was in my corner I probably would've started drinking or some thing worse to cope with the stress. Thank you thank you thank you Geoff and team Womeldorph.

If I could give this a negative star rating I would. This place is so unprofessional. Genese hangs up on you God forbid you have an issue with a service incorrectly provided by them. It takes WEEKS to get a response. Also they were suppose to do an SBA form. Not only was it a year OUT DATED and not accepted but they invoiced me over $300 for it, yet it can't even be used for the application.

Instead of fixing the mistake I get hung up on. This place is an absolute joke! I wish I read the reviews prior to going there because I see it only has 3 stars now. I would never recommend them.

Geoff is absolutely incredible in every way. He cares and that's what won us over. He gets busy but that's a given - he does great work and so does the entire office.

Please stay away from this firm, they took my paperwork for taxes, never filed my taxes, even 4 weeks after the filing date. They never answered email or telephone calls. I went to the office several times at no evil. The only answer they had was. "Your taxes are not done, we are behind 3 months."I had to make a big deal, in order to have my papers back. They are unprofessional and rude. Please do yourself a favor, do not go there for your taxes.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Geoff and his office staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. Phone calls and emails are ignored and not returned. They immediately become defiant, disrespectful, and have an attitude about everything. Save yourself lots of frustration and stay far away from this business.

I cannot say enough positive things about Geoff and his team! We came to them with a nightmare from our previous firm, and in a short period of time they turned it around! Geoff is totally professional, follows through with commitments, and truly knows his stuff. In 8 years, we have been through 3 firms who have all failed us greatly. Thank you Thank you Thank you to Geoff, Lynette, Genese, and the entire team (my apologies if I missed your name). You now have a customer for life!

Very friendly and professional staff. They make accounting and tax season stress free. Highly recommend them.
