Valentine Seevers & Associates, PC (VSA) originated in 1963 in Denver, Colorado by our founder William R Valentine, CPA. Our firm has since expanded to include an excellent team of CPA's and support staff making it the largest CPA practice in Evergreen. We strive to provide excellent client service through various tax, accounting and consulting services.

All clients are assured that only personnel with excellent academic qualifications, tempered with invaluable experience, will be assigned to any accounting engagement. It is a firm policy that all junior accountants are supervised by a CPA on all client assignments.
What should be done with those documents after your check or refund request is in the mail? Federal law requires you to maintain copies of your tax returns and supporting documents for three years (Colorado requires four years) and this leads many people to believe that they are safe, provided they retain their documents for this period of time.
