Bunch of crooks. Horrible service, called numerous times due to their website being down. No one returned my calls. Decided to go down and pick up my last year tax form I was never given. I was advised it would be $30 just for them to give me my form. When I asked to speak with Tony, he refused and said it wasn't worth his time. STAY AWAY! Disgusting Won't be going there anymore and telling other people not to go as well! Don't say you wern't warned.

All of the staff at the University location made the 2020 tax season exceptionally simple and convenient! They were very informative and guiding in the many emails they sent out on a regulars basis! Effortless and still very prompt! Nicely done Tax Doctor!

The team at Tax Doctor is fantastic! Their in-person and virtual services are high quality. When the pandemic first began in 2020, the team was quick to pivot and did a video recording walk through for us and explained our taxes before they submitted to the IRS. I was amazed that they thought to create a tailored experience given the challenges they were probably experiencing.

In 2021, we were able to submit all of our documentation via their portal and also ask questions via the portal with a 24 -hour turnaround. Very convenient and easy to do. I've had my taxes done at Tax Doctor for the last few years, they're great experts that produce quality work with customer service that's top of mind.

We've been having our taxes done here for 3 years now. Their process is thorough, where they have one person do the data entry, confirm a couple of questions, then the owner or a manager go back through, look for more opportunities for reducing the tax liability, and then walk you through what changes you can make for the next year to try to reduce tax exposure even more. We definitely would recommend this place for having your taxes done and am relieved we found them!

I would place a negative star. I needed a tax amendment done they said they would do it for 50 each year. As I went thru the process and followed what they needed the 50 each yr when to signing an agreement for consultation and 500, when I called to get clarification and understand the reasoning. They now can't help me. When I originally did my amendment for my 2014 taxes the lady that amended them their said if I wanted or needed more to come back. I will never ever return there nor will never refer anyone to them.

The number one reason we have been going here for 7 years is Tony and Tim. They are friendly and outgoing, and make a stressful, annual process more bearable. So imagine my disappointment when I got saddled with a new lady last night. I'm sure she's good at what she does, but her personality left much to be desired. It felt like an audit.
