For me I didn't know anything about filing taxes, The paperwork I didn't understand anything. I was trying to read all of those big words and codes. While honestly When it came to trying to explain what I needed to do I didn't know where to start. But then I was suggested to Steve! And he made my tedious and frustrating process so simple and easy! Steve's hospitality and business mannerism is phenomenal.

I really wanted to like Steve! He is such a sweet guy, and my first visit with him was wonderful. Unfortunately, after working with him for a year, I found him to be unorganized, unreliable, and often unresponsive. When I didn't get my stimulus check during covid, it lead me to discover my taxes had not actually been filed. I reached out to Steve about this, and while he did correct the issue, he didn't apologize or seem concerned about his mistake.

I then got a letter from the IRS months later saying that a form was missing, and that I would not get my return without it. I've decided to go elsewhere at this point, as working with Steve has left me feeling uncertain and fearful. I don't enjoy writing a bad review.but when it comes to finances you just can't make mistakes like this!

Steve has been doing my taxes for several years. He makes it like a visit with a friend, which is nice. I feel taken care of. After completing my taxes be always gives a summary of how things look, and some helpful info if needed.
