I went with Leake CPA because another CPA wanted to charge me a consulting fee to ask him basic questions and do my tax returns. Andy just charged me to do my tax return and I'm free to ask him questions all year long via e-mail. This is great customer service and I will be a loyal customer as long as this level of service is maintained.
