Proto & Loskey, LLC, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, was established in Olean, NY in 1978. The firm's owner, Louis J. Proto has over 40 years of experience in the performance of accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services. Prior to the establishment of the local practices, Mr. Proto was associated with a national certified public accounting firm.
Jeanne received her degree from Grove City College, and she is a Certified Public Accountant in both New York and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has been with Proto & Loskey since 1984 and specializes in corporate and individual taxation, trust and estate issues, and retirement plans.
