Jan and Shawn were amazing and I highly recommend them I usually did my taxes online but this time it was complicated as I just sold a second home, making low profits of $40k in the process; additionally I only had $5k in other income that year. To my surprise the tax software I was using said my tax bill came out to $20K, which had me shocked to say the least.
I contacted a real estate agent, who is also my friend, to see if I could lower that amount in any way. He was not sure but he referred me to Shawn. Shawn was very professional and responsive; he had Jan, who is the accountant, work on my taxes and I don't know what she did but she got my tax bill down to nothing. And they did this all for a very reasonable fee. I will definitely use them again in the future!
