Stephen's distinguished 60-year career has included serving as chairman of the Rhode Island State Board of Accountancy and director to the National State Board of Accountancy. He is co-author of the Rhode Island Regulations Governing Continuing Education for Public Accountants and recipient of The Small Business Administration's Advocate of the Year Award, 1984.
