We switched our accounting software to Xero about 6 years ago and I immediately looked for a Xero-certified accountant. At that time there weren't a lot of them out there and I picked one and used them for 5 years and was never really happy with them but they seemed to get the job done, but the last year I used them was just bad so I made the decision to switch.
