I have requested free consultation. Their team member Mike Earhart called me. Although he sounded like he was knowledgeable, he was not able to give me hourly rate of consultation. I just needed someone to give second opinion on books rather than hire someone for bookkeeping. He said he needs to look at the balance sheet of business before deciding his hourly rate.

I have decided to not hire based on this. To me it seems like their fees depend on size of your pocket. Didn't use their services so it would be unfair for me to take off all stars. I will give him 3.

Mike Manoloff has been my accountant since 2010 when I started my business. As an independent contractor, I've never had to worry about my taxes because he and his courteous staff have taken care of all of my business accounting to the point where I have avoided serious trouble with the IRS by allowing his office to handle my income taxes. Whenever I need help or have questions, I call the office and I am immediately helped by Lorena Hernandez.

If she doesn't have the answer for me right then, she ALWAYS responds to me withing 24 hours. And she patiently handles every one of my requests. One thing I really like too is that Mike and his staff will answer questions by e-mail and NEVER charge for that kind of professional advice. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for peace of mind regarding income taxes, especially if you're an independent contractor like me.

Mike Manoloff is one of the best CPAs around. Both him and his team do an outstanding job turning around taxes, answering questions quickly, and just general support. Five stars.

I did work with them in the past then I found another cpa to work with. I've been calling them to get my paperworks that they have from the works they have done for my company however they ain't respond the emails or phone calls. Because they don't make any money from me now. So if you Want to work with them I suggest think one more time and go find another cpa more professional.

I inquired about incorporation services and Chris was able to answer all of my questions in the 15 minute meeting I had. He was very professional, provided guidance, and offered me services that were reasonably priced. I highly recommend working with this team.

I honestly wish I could give Mike Manoloff 0 stars. Please take this as a warning and take your business elsewhere. They made so many mistakes on my tax returns and are extremely rude. Mike even has the audacity to yell at me when they messed up. He is extremely unprofessional. Wish I had read into the reviews before hiring him. Biggest mistake ever.

Mike and his team are the best accountant firm. I went through 5 different firms before I gave Mike a try and now 5 yrs later he's still my guy. I don't even live in the same state but I still use him. There's nothing more valuable than honesty and reliability. And if you are in the medical field its his jam. Like they say, once you go Mike Manoloff you won't go back.

I've worked with Mike's team since 2017 and they've done a great job preparing my returns at a reasonable price. Their process for collecting information is safe and secure. I'd highly recommend Mike and his team.

Mike and his team have been excellent at addressing my business tax needs over the past year since I opened. Evelyn has been on top of my books and has made it easy to keep up with necessary day to day expenditures and revenue. I highly recommend Mike and his team for all your tax and business financial advice needs. You will not be disappointed.

Communications were very difficult. The wheels came off of the bus when I discovered that we were 1-day from missing the deadline to file my first S-Corp tax return. There was no communication from Mike or his office as to the impending deadline, nor was there any proactive move to file an extension (as we were still waiting for word from the IRS on my S-Corp election).

Once we missed the deadline, filing an extension was impossible. We wound up being late and subject to heavy fines. I gave up and when to another firm in Colorado. They were excellent in comparison.

I have been a client of Mike C Manoloff since 4th QTR 2017. Initially things seemed great but over time I began to see significant turnover as each time I called I seemed to have someone different on my account. Recently I terminated the relationship and now Mike C Manoloff is not responding to repeated requests for my records so I can transfer to a new accountant. I cannot recommend this accountant.

I wish I could give Mike 0 stars. He is completely unprofessional and made numerous mistakes on my tax returns and isn't much better at the bookkeeping side, either. It was very simple but they can't do basic math there. His staff is careless as well. You can't confront him about anything because he will just get mad when it's his own mistake. Please, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Mike is one of the most unprofessional people I have worked with, is overpriced, and isn't accountable for any of the work they completed once you bring the errors to there attention.

I wish I had never used his services. Thank you for not completing my tax return properly and now the IRS is attempting to file a levy against me. It was a complete waste of time, energy, and money. He is the WORST CPA.

Mike has been our small business accountant for better over 10 years now. His business has grown tremendously in that amount of time which goes to show you the level of dedication and knowledge he has. He has a very courteous and professional staff and they know what they are doing. If you are looking for a small business accountant, give Mike a shot at winning your business, he is good!

Small Business Tax I was introduce to Mike by a friend 7 years ago. I have been satisfied with his professional services. I have a combination business of trucking and produce distribution. He helped me clear all errors of former CPAs. With Mike's assistance, all I need to do is focusing improving my business and worry nothing about taxes. I admire him about how he uses technology in work and make things more convenient. I highly recommend his services.

Do not use this man's services. He is demeaning and will talk down to you once he has taken your money to help you with IRS issues. I paid him 2 years ago when he told me how many clients he helped who were in my same situation. Now when I ask for a refund he emails me that he never promised me a positive result and to feel free to go somewhere else.

I contacted Mike via email for a price on my personal taxes. And he said we would have to meet in order for him to review my paperwork and let me know how much it would be. That seemed perfectly reasonable to me- I went in for my consultation. The meeting went well, he is very easy to talk, answered my questions, and let me know the outstanding paperwork I needed in order to fully complete my return.

He let me know that it would cost me around $225 to file my returns. Now I am grad student- and recently found out through my school that they do tax returns for students for free. So, I emailed him a day after our consultation and let him know that I found an alternative. I will just post the email correspondence here and let you make up your mind for yourself. You can look at the pictures I attach.

Mike has been fantastic! He helped me get my consulting business started and structured properly from day 1. He is always available by phone or email, and answers all of my questions thoroughly so i know where my money is going and why. His rates are very competitive and i actually feel like I'm getting a bargain for the service he provides. I enjoy working with Mike and won't use anyone else.

Mannoloff and Associates are a five star accounting agency. They have been do my personal taxes, business taxes and off and on consulting for me for over 20 years. I would never trust anyone else after having their great service and advice.
