Lawrence N. Legg, CPA, PA was formed in 1994 by Larry Legg. We are a small CPA and Business Advisory firm that caters to the grass roots of the South Florida business community, small business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals. Our services include accounting and tax planning, preparation and compliance for individuals, sole-proprietorships, corporations, LLC's, partnerships, estates and trusts. We remain closely connected to our clients' business, financial and tax matters, and we are readily available to deliver value-added services that meet your specific needs - all for a reasonable price.
Many of our clients utilize Quicken® or QuickBooks® as their accounting information system. Our staff is very knowledgeable on these and other accounting applications, and we can either serve your business on-site, or off-site via the internet. In addition, we offer business advisory services which include business planning, management/ownership succession planning, merger & acquisition counseling, and tax projections. These valuable tools are essential to the small business owner in navigating the complexities of commerce in today's world.
Larry has been in the public accounting business since receiving his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida Warrington School of Business & Fisher School of Accounting. He also earned his Masters Degree in Finance and Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 1987. In 1994, Mr. Legg established Lawrence N. Legg, CPA, PA in Hollywood, Florida. Larry is past chairman of the Hollywood Committee of 100, the Dania Rotary Club, and the Greater Hollywood YMCA, serving on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors.
