I was raised in Citrus Heights, California and graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. I practiced public accounting with the following firms before moving to Missouri and starting Larsen & Company CPA, PC in 1999.
Larsen & Company CPA, PC initially started off in 1998 as Larsen Consulting, a Colorado LLC. Derrick Larsen envisioned an accounting practice that would provide close, personal, confidential services at a reasonable fee. Towards the end of 1999, a quality of life opportunity for the Larsen family presented itself, resulting in a move to Warsaw, Missouri and the start of Larsen & Company CPA, PC as it is today. At Larsen & Company CPA, PC, we strive to provide our clients with knowledge, reliability, integrity, confidentiality, and personal service.
CPAs are not just number crunchers and tax preparers, they are business and financial strategists who help chart the paths of businesses and individuals. The lawyer didn't show respect, or even listen to me, or even explain things to me that I cannot understand! I even don't know why he accepted the case! The behavior was strange! He was telling me if you not like just find another lawyer. When I did got another attorney he became upset, angry and wrote to the court in proactive movement that he not want be my a lawyer. to reverse a bad picture about me, It was an act unprofessional and not nice at all.
Agreement in this way is very coercive. My advice is better to read and google about your attorney to be the right person for your case.before you hire attorney. A really painful experience.
