Unfriendly staff, condescending. I had never dealt with public notaries before so I had some basic questions I needed answered. They seemed annoyed that I was not familiar with their process or how things work when having documents signed. After waiting for someone to become available they were un able to help me, so I think a lot of time for both me and them could've been saved if they were patient and actually listened to my questions and helped me understand.
They offered no other options for me, but thankfully another nearby notary was helpful and helped me. The customer service here is lacking severely, they should train their staff to be patient with clients and listen to them instead of being dismissive. Thank you
