David T. Schwindt, CPA, a native Oregonian, has over twenty-five years experience in public and private accounting including employment with the Portland, Oregon and Denver, Colorado offices of KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Schwindt's tenure was spent primarily in the Private Business Advisory Services Department providing auditing, accounting, tax and management consulting services for businesses as well as tax compliance and planning for individuals.

We hired them to perform a true-up accounting for a condo construction project. They returned the numbers and the board was able to take action to provide a final accounting to owners so that they could pay off the assessment or sell their homes. It turns out the final numbers were wrong, and weren't corrected until one day before I was set to close on the sale of my condo. This error killed the sale. Avoid them if you need accurate and time-sensitive accounting services.
