I have been dealing with Joe Zaino ever since I graduated college. My father used his firm and I just tagged along. Since that time, I've grown up, got married, started 2 businesses and a Not for Profit. Joe was always there with great advice, and timely deadlines. Now, our daughter is using him. Plus referred friends and work associates.

I've been working with Eric Rosen for the last 8+ Years. Their level of service is on par with bigger NYC firms that charges you many times over. Eric and his team are very down to earth and trustworthy - two critical must-have traits.

Ira Grossbach has done my taxes for past 4 years. This year is definitely THE LAST YEAR I WILL EVER USE THEM. I have never met Ira and although they office employees seem very nice, every year there was a communication issue. Last year they forgot to file my taxes and offered a discount this year which was not honored. The year before the person taking the info did not communicate important info and it cost me more money.

I expresssed my dissatisfaction and Ira didn't care and said he did not want me as a customer. In ALL MY YEARS of dealing with professionals, they are the worst I have ever met. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. 3/15/2019 I am updating my post Since Ira chose to respond after His father called me and asked me to remove my review. Below is a copy of the confusion and I have copies of emails that are contrary to Ira's email.

No one is perfect, but when you make mistakes and cover them up and expect your customer not to be upset is unfair. I stand by what I said especially when Ira said he will not service me even though his response say otherwise. How sad.

My parents and I have been with Ira Grossbach since 1989. My father passed away on July 14, 1983 and my Mom on July 25, 1994. I continue to work with Ira and another CPA - Bradley T. Shapiro on an International case that has been extremely full of anxiety and stress on my end. Both Ira and Brad are with me every step of the way. They, through a client of theirs hired a very well respected, highly regarded attorney to represent, who also speaks English.

It has been over 3 1/2 years, yet they are by ny side keep in constant touch and are my protectors and angels on earth as I feel orphaned without my parents who were very close to me. Their work is brilliant; always done in timely - very timely fashion; precise. The firm is professional. Ira has told me he will be my accountant forever. I would never think of leaving this firm in a million years. I am not a trusting individual by nature. I highly recommend them if you are looking for accuracy and professionalism and courtesy.
